1. Scope
The following general terms and conditions apply exclusively to the business relationships between BBD Buy Best Europe GmbH and the customer - including all future transactions - in the version valid at the time of the order. BBD Buy Best Europe GmbH does not recognize any deviating terms and conditions of the purchaser unless BBD Buy Best Europe GmbH expressly agrees to their validity in writing.

2. Conclusion of contract and withdrawal
BBD Buy Best Europe GmbH undertakes to accept the customer's order under the terms and conditions of the website. In the event of typographical, printing or calculation errors on the website, BBD Buy Best Europe GmbH is entitled to withdraw from the contract. 5. Prices
Prices are subject to change. In the event of a price increase, you as a customer are not bound to your order. All prices are listed inclusive of VAT.

6. Due date and payment, default
The purchase price is due immediately upon ordering. The customer can pay the purchase price against an invoice or by direct debit. If the customer defaults on payment, BBD Buy Best Europe GmbH is entitled to demand interest on arrears amounting to 5% pa above the base interest rate announced by the German Federal Bank. Liability cannot be accepted if cash or checks are lost.

7. Offsetting, retention
