Return
You have the right to return the goods within 14 days of receiving the package without giving any reasons. We only accept returns in the original packaging with intact labels and protective stickers.
In the event of a return, please contact us before sending your order back to us.
Please write us an email to info@victoria-hyde.com with the following information:
- names
- Order number (#.....)
- the reason for the return (for quality purposes)
We will contact you within one working day to send you a return label or, if necessary, to organize collection by our shipping service provider.
Please note that we cannot currently cover the costs of returns outside of Germany. The costs for returns correspond to the shipping costs.
