Return

You have the right to return the goods within 14 days of receiving the package without giving any reason. We only accept returns in their original packaging with intact tags and protective stickers. 

In case of a return, please contact us before sending your order back to us.

Please send us an email to service@victoria-hyde.com with the following information:

- Names
- Order number (#.....)
- the reason for the return (for quality purposes)

We will get in touch with you within one business day to send you a return label or, if necessary, arrange a pickup by our shipping provider.

As soon as your return has reached us and we have verified that the goods and packaging are undamaged, we will refund your amount. The return costs for the different countries are as follows:
