Return
You have the right to return the goods within 30 days of receiving the package without giving any reason. We only accept returns in the original packaging with intact tags and protective stickers. Returns within Germany are free of charge.
In case of a return, please contact us before sending your order back to us.
Please send us an email to service@victoria-hyde.com with the following information:
- Names
- Order number (#.....)
- the reason for the return (for quality purposes)
We will contact you within one business day to send you a return label or, if necessary, arrange for our shipping service provider to pick up the item.
Please note that we are currently unable to cover return shipping costs outside of Germany. Return shipping costs are the same as the shipping costs.
